Trenton Titans Renew Affiliation with Philadelphia Flyers

On July 30, 2012 the Trenton Titans announced that they will once again be affiliated with Philadelphia Flyers and Adirondak Phantoms.
Last season, three players with NHL deals played for the Trenton Titans as forward Luke Pither, defenseman Tyler Hostetter and goaltender Johan Backlund all donned Titans red and black at some point during the season. Also playing for the Titans was Brad Phillips who was drafted by the Flyers in 2007 in the seventh round.
In last season's revival of the Titan's franchise in Trenton, there was a 26% increase over the previous season when the Titans franchise was branded the Trenton Devils.
“We are thrilled to be back with the Flyers as their ECHL affiliate,” said Trenton President/CEO Rich Lisk.  “Our relationship has always been strong with the Flyers and we look forward to taking that to the next level.  I am happy to call Trenton – the Home of Future Philadelphia Flyers.”
More details involving the affiliation can be found here on the Trenton Titans website.
