Tye McGinn Gets Recalled

With Danny Briere out indefinitely with a concussion, the Flyers have recalled rookie winger Tye McGinn from Adirondack.

McGinn has been out of NHL action since fracturing his orbital bone in a fight with Toronto's Mike Brown on February 25. He will continue to wear #15.

McGinn, 22, has played in 16 games with the Flyers this season. Skating mostly on the third and fourth lines, McGinn talled two goals and three assists.

With the Phantoms, McGinn has played 40 games, netting 14 goals and adding 12 assists for a 26-point effort.

McGinn will be available to play Tuesday night against the New York Rangers. It's unclear if he will dress or not.
