Blue Jackets 3, Flyers 2 (OT)

The Flyers opened the week of divisional games with a 3-2 loss to the Blue Jackets in overtime. The Flyers had no business even getting a point in this game with their lack of offense, but late heroics from Brayden Schenn tied the game up 2-2 in the final minute of regulation. Kevin Connauton scored the game-winner on a breakaway less than two minutes into overtime to win it. Schenn finished with two goals, his seventh two-goal game of his career.
